Global domain registration leader GoDaddy has expanded its operations into Canada, the first non US office location for the company.
In addition to the physical expansion, GoDaddy will, from August 2008, be registering Canadian .ca domains for the first time.

GoDaddy, the world's largest domain registrar, increased its price for .com domain registrations to $9.99, an effective increase of $1.04. Wholesale prices of .com domains were raised on October 14 and so GoDaddy decided to increase their price to their customers accordingly.
